I've never played WoW before, but this game was undeniable amazing! You have unremarkable skills at storytelling and at voice acting. And even, your game achieves to open a question: Are video games meaningful? Are they worth our time? Maybe some are, maybe some aren't. But how can we tell which is which?
Awesome job!! <3 Please never stop making video games. I'll be thinking for a while the question your game opened
I'm speechless! This game is incredible! It's both original and familiar enough that you can understand it without any explanation. I'm not just talking about the mechanics, but the story too.
The difficulty level is just right: challenging enough to make you want to try again, but not so hard that it becomes repetitive and frustrating. The way the game gets easier because you already know what words are coming next is genius, both from a game design perspective and in terms of the story. You're always on the verge of leaving, but you're always dragged back to the source of your pain until you're finally familiar enough with the cycle to break it.
Good job <3
Congratulations on finishing your first novel!
Not everyone can commit to a story and continue working on it until the end, so be proud of yourself! I'm so proud of you, girl
One thing I love doing when I've finished writing a novel is printing it out and FEEL it in my hands. Smell the pages and feel the texture of the paper with my fingers. Aahhh... What a wonderful feeling. I remember leaving the photocopier feeling like I could achieve anything. So, if you can, I highly recommend doing it too!
I hope you're well, and that you continue to create wonderful worlds filled with enchanting characters <3
Well done! I really liked the art style, and the cleaning minigame perfectly captured the essence of the game. I couldn't get the good ending, but I think there might not be one. Is there a good ending for him, or is it just an illusion? Is giving up on him part of the experience?
Anyway, I hope you're doing well! This game really captures how it feels to be depressed, so I hope you're doing well now!
An incredible game! I would have liked it to have a happier ending :c
I imagine a friend or family member of the protagonist knocking on his door and opening it. A ray of light much more powerful than the glow of his mobile phone bathing the room. This new person invites the protagonist to go out, to walk through the night while they talk about what's bothering them, and perhaps the love his friend gave him won't solve it, but it will accompany him through the process. <3 Anyway, very good job
Cool game! I wished there was more content and different types of cards.
Also, can you please please please tell me what happens after the very very very loooong dot dot dot dot sequence?? pleeeease 😔I've been waiting for long and I think maybe my game froze. Or maybe it just ends with one dot on the screen?
This game is awesome and inspiring! I could relate to most of it, but I disagree with the ending. Truth is completely relative. As you said, our judgement is not true, but it's all we have. So truth is relative because all we have is our judgement. Maths may be true everywhere and in every language, but it doesn't tell you anything about reality or our world, only if applied... and then there comes our judgment. If only Descartes had known this before he died... Anyway, good game! The game you're working on right now seems awesome. I've played the demo and can see its potential <3
Hello! I honestly didn't expect you to comment. But of course you can! These games are for you, after all. Feel free to comment as much as you like, if you want to write something long, you can. My games are meant to be played by anyone and commented by anyone. <3 The next Glimpse Game it's very different from the others, but I think you may like it
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I'M SO TOUCHED OMG
THANKS SO MUCH, I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL YOUR WORDS, I'M IN TEARS RIGHT NOW WTF!
I HAVE NEVER FELT SO GRATEFUL BEFORE, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR REVIEW, YOU HAVE COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD THE GAME AND EVEN ADDED A BETTER ENDING THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.
I'm really grateful that someone understands what I'm trying to express with these weird games. If you want we can talk on Discord or something, you seem like a very smart and intelligent person. Maybe the world is full of boring and grey people, but sometimes you find someone who understands you!
I will definitely continue with these Glance Games! I hope you like the next one :D
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I really appreciate your comment :D I thought no one would understand it, so I'm glad you liked it!
Thanks for the recommendation about Douglas, I'll read his book! But I think I already have A LOT of ideas for Glance Games, since they come from my own problems with life... hehe
